  • spreparing monthly payroll lists, pay slips, and payroll records,
  • registering and updating employee data with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS),
  • managing civil law contracts,
  • preparing settlements, as well as declarations and reports required by ZUS, the Tax Office, the Central Statistical Office (GUS), and the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON) in compliance with Polish law, and delivering them to the relevant tax authorities, employees, and the Client's management,
  • handling the ZUS PUE portal,
  • preparing wage-related bank transfers,
  • representing the client before authorities and handling inspections by tax authorities, the State Labor Inspectorate, or ZUS,
  • preparing annual PIT forms, submitting them to the appropriate tax offices, and delivering them to the employer,
  • RMUA declaration – preparing this document on an annual or monthly basis upon request,
  • preparing reports for GUS and the National Bank of Poland (NBP),
  • preparing corrections of tax declarations, ZUS, and PIT, due to reasons beyond the contractor's control,
  • creating documentation for former employees, including ZUS RP-7, ZUS Z-3, etc.,
  • other tasks assigned by the Client.
