In compliance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have implemented a secure and anonymous platform within the PKF Group to report any actions by our employees or collaborators that raise doubts regarding their compliance with the law.
The platform allows employees, clients, and partners to safely report observed irregularities they have witnessed or learned about from other sources. Thanks to dual encryption, reports are accessible only to authorized personnel, enabling prompt and secure responses to concerning signals. Each report is verified, and any doubts are resolved in accordance with the PKF Group's procedure for handling legal violations – objectively, thoroughly, and with the required confidentiality.
The reporting tool complies with the requirements of the Act of June 14, 2024, on Whistleblower Protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928). A list of violation categories is available in the application.
