EXPERIENCE

For over 20 years, I have been associated with the PKF Polska Group. I began in the finance department and subsequently gained experience in accounting, controlling, managerial accounting, and the implementation of systems such as ERP and BPM. My specialization is in streamlining internal processes within organizations, and my passion lies in managerial accounting and controlling. I have authored numerous publications in the areas of finance, management, accounting, and taxation, including contributions to the MITSloan Management Review Polska portal. As the Managing Partner of PKF BPO, I am responsible for the operation and development of the outsourcing line. I also engage in HR and marketing projects.

I believe that partnerships, the ability to listen to each other, and mutual understanding are the keys to success.

Member of the International Association of Controllers (ICV)
State certification for the provision of bookkeeping services, Accounting Certificate from the Ministry of Finance No. 23097/2008
Passed state exams in the process of becoming a certified auditor in accounting, finance, cost accounting, managerial accounting, and tax law.
Kozminski University in Warsaw, Finance and Entrepreneurship – Master’s Degree
