Why the move?
Because our Zielona Góra accounting office now brings together nearly 50 experts – not only in accounting, payroll, and taxes but also in audit, finance, and ESG. We needed more space to provide comfortable and modern working conditions while supporting the professional growth and competence development of our team.
The move was a challenge – and not only logistically!
In the final days before the move, we introduced a special dress code – quite different from our usual one: sneakers, leggings, and T-shirts. Working after hours, on weekends, and even with the help of family members – all this to ensure everything was ready on time. The tasks required new skills as well. It wasn’t easy, but thanks to determination, mutual support, and… plenty of laughter, we made it!
